Stain Varnish Colour match Question

Hi,

I have sanded the top of an old table I have to clear wear and tear cup stains etc, bt I'm not sure what to use to repaint it.

I've attached photos which shows the colour and you can clearly see where I have sanded - looking for advice n wat to use.

I was thinking mid/dark oak stain/varnish - separate or all in one?
