Drawer pulls

Postby CowboyUSNS » Mon Apr 20, 2020 6:56 am

Hello everyone. I'm kind of new to the world of antiques and refinishing them. Recently, my wife acquired a hutch and some of the drawer pulls are missing and/or broken. My issue is that I have no clue how to get them off to replace them. They do not have screws that go through the drawer facing. At first, I simply thought they screwed in to drawer face, however, I attempted to unscrew one and while it got a little loose, it will not come out. Any help and guidance would be appreciated.

Cowboy USNS: 1) Pictures would help. 2) Can you see if any glue is holding pulls to drawer, and 3) are the screws slotted or Phillips?

Sorry. It won't let me upload them. It says they are too large.
