Dark Chocolate Birch finish

Hello Everyone, First time posting.

Im working on a bed frame project and I would like the finish to be similar to an existing dresser. I know the dresser is birch (but possibly birch veneer) and I have found an image swatch of the finish on manufactures website.

Let me know if the links don't work, and you might have to turn the brightness on your monitor up as the finish is quite dark. FYI the finish is not just a black/ebony finis, there is brown with a little red showing (The pictures might be more red then it actually is).

I was planning on using solid birch and can't seem to get the stain or dye right, but I also dont have a lot of finishing experience. I was hoping to get suggestions from people with more experience.
